Lauren is the Principal Director of BCollective Performing Arts, she has a passion for inspiring children to explore the Arts and feel safe, accepted and understood in a friendly and non-competitive environment. Lauren has been running the school for 5 years after re-branding a 23 year family run school in 2019. Lauren has 10 years experience in teaching, coaching and guiding children in the industry and her goal is to make BCollective a fully inclusive environment suitable for all children regardless of ability and experience and with the support of her team BCollective provide equal opportunities and accessibility for all!

Ashley is our Musical Theatre teacher here at BCollective Performing Arts. With 3 years at the school, starting as a teacher assistant, Ashley’s journey is a testament to her dedication and growth. Her enthusiasm for continuous learning is evident in her participation in CPD courses, enhancing her teaching skills.

Michelle is one of the teachers here at BCPA, sharing a passion in a variety of genres of dance. Particularly specifying in Ballet, Lyrical & Contemporary dance. Michelle strives to create a fun, friendly and welcoming environment for all children to express their inner dancer & performer. Watching their friendships blossom and their confidence grow is a true privilege to see. Michelle has over 10 years of teaching experience in both performing arts and within the educational sector, following the current key stage curriculum and EYFS guidance and linking these to her early years dance practice.

Amy is the street dance teacher and tap lead at BCollective. With over 13 years of experience in teaching, choreography and performance, Amy has a passion for engaging children of all ages in energetic movement. Amy loves to provide a space for children of all abilities to express themselves creatively, stay active, and build on their cognitive development through learning rhythmic patterns and sequences. Amy trained in ISTD exams and is currently undergoing study in preparation for her Level 4 DDE with this exam board. Alongside this, Amy holds qualifications in the Development of Childhood and Youth through her degree with the Open University.

Lucy is our Pre School lead working closely with our youngest students within our Pre School programme, Lucy is also part of BCollectives Advanced programme, BC Associates. Lucy has trained in ISTD across the board and continued her training studying in Performing Arts and Musical Theatre. Lucy is currently undergoing continued professional development courses alongside her teaching at BCollective. Lucy has a passion working with young children, she delivers fantastic sessions that inspire our youngest to explore their love for the Arts.

Clair, a Teacher at BCollective, has 26 years of experience in Dance & Performing Arts, including running her own school for 22 years. Awarded the Recognition Award at the National Entertainment Awards in 2014, Clair contributes significant experience to BCollective. She’s our safeguarding lead and has worked with children for 26 years, including in a children’s therapeutic care home. Clair holds numerous qualifications in Child/Adult Social care, including:
