– All classes are to be paid for monthly (the first class of the month).

– We have a zero tolerance policy against disrespect and verbal abuse towards members of staff. parents/carers who do not comply will be asked to leave the premises.

– All pre paid classes are non refundable.

– If you are unable to attend a class please do let us know in advance.

– If your child is absent for 3 consistent weeks or more due to a medical reason or a reason out of your control please contact the principal to arrange class fees to be carried over to the following month.

– Uniform and dance shoes must be purchased AFTER 1 month of attending classes.

– If your child decides to leave classes with us please let us know with 2 weeks notice of the following month so invoices will not be sent.

– Fees can be paid by Cash, BACS or Card machine.

– £10.00 late fee will be added for any fees not paid within the first 7 days of the month.
